- All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability.
- We may accept or reject any order at our discretion.
- Orders placed online constitute an offer to purchase.
- Once accepted, orders cannot be changed or cancelled without our written approval.
2. Pricing
- All prices are in AUD and exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
- Prices may change before order confirmation.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before accepting an order.
3. Payment
- Payment must be made at checkout unless a trade account is approved.
- Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout.
- Transaction fees may apply.
- Late payments may result in account suspension and interest charges (up to 1.5% per month).
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping options (e.g. Standard, Express, Freight) are provided at checkout.
- Dispatch is typically within 1–2 business days, subject to availability.

- Risk passes to you upon delivery.

Delivery Issues:

5. Returns & Refunds
No Change of Mind
- We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or surplus stock.
Faulty or Incorrect Goods
- Must be reported within 5 business days.
- Remedies will be provided in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Return Conditions
- Returns require prior approval and an RMA.
- Goods must be returned as directed.
- Some items (e.g. software, consumables, special orders) are non-returnable unless faulty.
6. Risk & Ownership
- Risk passes on delivery.
- Ownership remains with us until full payment is received.
- We may recover unpaid goods where permitted by law.
7. Warranty & Consumer Guarantees
- Manufacturer warranties apply where relevant.
- Goods come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to:
- A replacement or refund for a major failure
- Compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss
Warranty excludes misuse, incorrect installation, or unauthorised modifications.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
- Liability is limited to repair, replacement, or resupply
Nothing excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Order Cancellations

- Credit terms (if granted) are typically 7, 14, or 30 days from invoice.
- We may vary or withdraw credit at our discretion.
- If you exceed your credit limit or fail to pay:
- All outstanding amounts become immediately due
- We may suspend supply and cancel pending orders
You agree that:
- You are solvent and able to pay debts as they fall due
- You will notify us of any material change to your financial position
13. Resellers
If you purchase goods for resale:
- You must not misrepresent products or warranties
- You must comply with all applicable laws, including the Australian Consumer Law
- You are responsible for all dealings with your customers (end users)
- You must ensure end users receive appropriate product information and warranties
We are not responsible for:
- Any services, advice, or representations you provide to your customers
14. End User & Software Terms
- Some products (especially software) may be subject to third-party licence agreements (EULAs)
- You must ensure your customers accept any applicable licence terms
- We are not liable for third-party software or licensing arrangements
15. Default & Suspension
We may suspend supply or terminate accounts if you:
- Fail to pay on time
- Breach these Terms
- Become insolvent or unable to pay debts
We may also:
- Cancel outstanding orders
- Withdraw credit
- Recover goods
16. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control.
17. Privacy
We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
18. Confidentiality
Both parties must keep confidential information secure and only use it for business purposes.

20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
